Composer Marcus Trumpp has signed with Different Direction Management for representation.
Marcus grew up with a music loving family in his home country of Germany. His grand-father was an opera singer who inspired Marcus to learn to play the piano. It wasn’t until Marcus watched the classic 1984 fantasy adventure film, The Neverending Story, which really ignited his passion for film music and the emotional impact, when done right, can have on the audience.
For over two decades, Marcus Trumpp has been entertaining audiences with his soaring melodies, heart-pounding action music and spine-chilling film & TV scores. With an accumulated global box office total of over $10 billion, it’s no wonder directors and producers keep coming back to him because they know he will elevate their project in the best sense possible.
With over 100 prestigious credits, here are a handful; Netflix’s hit Fear Street trilogy, which Marcus scored, was a massive success. Fear Street Part One: 1994 was in the top three most-watched titles on Netflix for weeks. Fear Street Part Two: 1978 reached the top of the charts and Fear Street Part Three: 1666 was the second-most popular movie on Netflix.
